At Zenz Courses, we prioritize delivering top-quality digital products and courses to our customers. However, we recognize that there may be situations where a refund is necessary.

Courses:

Refunds are available if you have completed less than 20% of a course. To request a refund, please contact us by using our contact form.

Digital Products:

Given the digital nature of our products, once an order is finalized and the download link is provided, we cannot offer refunds. This policy is in place because digital products are accessible immediately upon purchase. Nevertheless, we do consider refund requests under certain circumstances:

  • Specified Refund Terms: Some digital products may have specific refund policies stated in their descriptions.
  • Non-delivery: If you do not receive your product due to email delivery issues, contact us within 7 days of your order.
  • Download Issues: Report any problems with downloading or unzipping the product within 7 days.
  • Major Defects: If you find major defects, notify us immediately. We aim to resolve issues within 72 hours.
  • Product Not as Described: If the product differs from its description, report it within 7 days with supporting evidence.
